Yes. All initial consultations at Aura Aesthetics are complimentary. We consider the consultation an opportunity to understand your goals and determine whether we are the right fit for each other — not a sales appointment.

We allocate a minimum of 45 minutes for every initial consultation. We never rush this process. You are welcome to ask as many questions as you need, and Dr. Sharma will ensure you leave with complete clarity before any decision is made.

Absolutely. Aura operates with the same confidentiality expectations as any private medical practice. Your records, treatments, and visits are never discussed, shared, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Our private entrance exists precisely to protect this.

By design, we limit our appointments to a carefully managed number each day. This is a deliberate choice, not a capacity constraint — we believe that quality of attention is non-negotiable, and that cannot be scaled without compromise.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and offered refreshments while your consultation suite is prepared. Dr. Sharma will meet you personally. There are no forms to fill out alone in a waiting room, no assistants conducting preliminary checks. The consultation begins immediately and proceeds at your pace.

Treatment combinations are assessed individually for every client. There are combinations that produce exceptional results, and there are combinations that require careful staging. Dr. Sharma will advise on the optimal approach based on your skin, goals, and timeline — never on what is most commercially convenient.

We accept all major cards, UPI, and bank transfer. For multi-session programmes, we offer structured payment scheduling. Detailed pricing is discussed privately during your consultation — we do not publish price lists publicly, as every treatment is priced based on the individual protocol.
